Who makes the best 357magnum and 44magnum revolvers?

I'm getting a gift for my brother this summer and want to surprise him big time! He's helped me out over the last year so much, busy with work, and helping his pregnant wife. He deserves what he really wants. One 357magnum and one 44magnum. He's not picky and said he just wants one basic 357magnum revolver and a basic 44magnum revolver.But I want to go all out for him. So the question is "Whats the best 357magnum and 44magnum revolvers?" He does use his guns often so nothing "flashy" or "just for show". I want to get him something nice, but nothing made outta diamonds if you know what I mean. Just something high end or very high quality. My budget is whatever it cost(Yes, I'm fully aware how much these guns can cost), I know he really wants them, but doesn't have the money right now. Thanks.
