My dad lost his Universal Studios Hollywood annual pass?

How can he get a new one? I googled it, and I saw it said something on Universal Hollywood's website, but since I don't have a computer and I googled it from my phone, it took me to the mobile site and I can't find the FAQ. We need help fast, because we are planning to go tomorrow, and we only realized he lost it today. Thanks for the help!
