5 Star Hotels in Cuba?

If you don't want Havana or Varadero I would suggest staying in Trinidad, on the south coast of Cuba. It's a small characterful town with a lovely beach (just out of town). There is an all-inclusive hotel on the beach which is actually quite nice but the best hotel is the Iberostar Grand Hotel Trinidad.
