HOW the hell do i sell on ebay as in sell alot?

I know how to sell something on ebay in regards to listing and fees and so forth, but how do i get peoples attention and get them to buy MY product. Cuz some buyers are selling a single product 6 times in like one day everyday, how do i achieve something like that without the flashy interface or business like demeanor they have in regards to how they advertise and so forth.
