Has anyone gotten sick from travelling to Cuba?

I have been to Cuba 4 times. Never got sick until this last trip in november of 2010. We went to Havana city for a tour and at restaurant that was on a roof top over looking the city. Everyone ate pork, I hate Chicken. Immediately after do so I got the panic look for the shitters. I had gas and diareah the rest of the trip and when I got home had a bladder infection to boot. I was on antibiotics for 10 days because I spent so much time in the bathroom that I read half of the AxelRose biography in there.
