Annual review is 100 days late. What do I do?

Hate to tell you, but if they are this late doing your review, then your are most likely going to be fired. They are probably just keeping you on for tax reasons right now, or perhaps you sre in the middle of a project? Best to just give your two weeks notice now, and move on to looking for another job. Or if you think that it will be hard to get another job (I have no idea what your skills are) just wait a couple weeks till they fire you and then you can get unemployment. That's kinda like a raise.
