Hey if you have 28500 to spend I think you have quite a bit of options. If you want to be flashy and have. Really nice car that's automatic, I would go with a BMW 3 series. All of them are great cars. If you want a fast car about 200 hp, go with a civic! These cars are great, and if you can drive stick, go for the si. I know someone that just got a 2011 civic si and it is great! Only 21k you can't go wrong. Hope these help!
