How Can I Show My Feelings?

I invited this boy to my birthday party a week ago and we played a confession game. Everyone joined in and said their crush. Well, I said his name and I was so embarrassed. He's hugged me before in school and it's really sweet. But, he likes another girl and that really makes me really sad(he's liked her for two years now but doesn't tell her his feelings because the girl is always dating someone else). He's really cute and a lot of girls run up to him to tousle his hair or to hug him. I've hugged him before and I just feel like he won't accept me as more than a friend. I'm really nice to him, I walk home with him when he is allowed to, and I wait for him to finish packing after a class ends. During recess, I told him this- "You shouldn't take a girl for granted when she confesses her feelings to you because it means the world you her." But still, he seems like he doesn't notice much of my love(like he's thinking it's a joke) I want to show him how I feel and if I just hug him, he won't take it as a big deal because lots of girls attack him with hugs(just how cute he is). Any ideas? :/ Nothing flashy that would cause attention.
