How do i uninstall and reinstall Black Ops back onto my ps3 to fix a map problem?

Whenever I get to the Havana map, the loading screen turns black and the loading bar shows no progress. I called Gamestop and they said that I need to just reinstall the game back onto my console with the disc still in. How do i do that?
