Will Treyarch ban me if I boosted once?

Today I was playing black ops as usual, and my friend invited me. He said they were going to spawn trap on Havana. At that time I didn't know it was considered boosting. About 5 minutes after the game i got a msg saying that he was going to report me and the guys i were playing with. I just want to know if I am getting a permanent ban if I only did this once? please help i am 9th prestige and i don't want to lose my acc.
