Guys don't approach me, why?

So long story short I go to clubs and guys don't approach me. They'll stare at me but will end up choosing the girl who is dressed more scantily and hasn't put much effort into her appearance. If I'm out on the street (mall, gym etc) guys stare but won't approach me. Many will smile and I'll smile back, but that's the extent of it. I look like a mix between Shay Mitchell and Olivia Munn (google them) and I'm NOT stuck up whatsoever! I don't understand. Also, I don't wear loads of makeup or dress in a crazy, flashy way to attract attention. I always seem to notice the "plain Janes" getting attention from the attractive men as opposed to me who puts some effort into her appearance but yet I guess it doesn't get me far.

Is the more rules a god makes for himself, the more limited his omnipotence becomes?

For example, if a god decides only sacrifice can atone for sins, wham, now he can't just forgive sins without blood. Or if he decides human free will must remain unimpended no matter what, wham, no more flashy miracles. Can a god in theory make so many rules he is perfectly limited and cannot use his superpowers at all?

because i want a really layered look or really flashy side bangs but not really emo, but at this point im not gunna be too picky because no matter where i go to get my hair cut they have no clue and give my a really normal hair cut or cut five inches off my length to give my lots of layers. so i dunno if there is a chain or anything that you might have had a good experience with but if so please tell me i am getting sick of wishing i had good hair!
