Am I considered short by any means?

Okay, well I have this friend who is 6'1.5" tall and as far as I can remember he's called me short. I'm 5'11.5" (I was measured at the doctor's office last week for my annual physical) and a 17 year old guy and I never got the impression that I'm short, but according to him I am. So, am I considered short? By the way, I live in the United States of America and if I am short tell me how below average I am.

Why do many drivers look away from me and my car while I'm driving?

I drive a nice-looking car,not something flashy like a corvette or Chevy Camaro,but when I'm driving down the road,I notice with the corner of my eye that the driver(male or female) coming in the opposite direction looks away from me and my car.Is it envy? by the way,this is in Tampa,Florida where people are really mean and rude,and show no respect or friendship for people of a lower social status because they feel they're better than you.Never choose this city to make it your home.the city itself is very ghetto and people's attitude,forget it.the worst attitude in the US.

Weird vision dont know what is wrong?

having colorful flashy dot's in my vision and i feel a bit of pressure in the back of my head with a little numbness just started a couple hours ago any ideas what is wrong or what to do ?

Where to go for dinner before prom in Richmond, VA?

Me, my boyfriend, and maybe 3-4 other people are going out before prom to dinner. I was already looking at Havana 59 or maybe Sine, but I wasn't sure about the atmosphere being right for a formal dinner at either place. The place can't be too far away from the downtown area (Short Pump is out of the question) and should ideally have prices in the $20 and under range for dinner entrees.
